SpeechTags was developed and is owned by Speech Interactive, LLC, a company comprised of individuals that have a history of developing highly responsive transaction-oriented business solutions for the contact center industry.
SpeechTags is one of several direct to consumer offerings which embody the experience gained over the past several years with speech recognition and human factors engineering for commercial solutions.
Other offerings include StarPerformer ® and the Speech Interactive Application Development Kit.
StarPerformer is a "flight simulator" for contact center agents, which afford contact centers the opportunity to train newly hired or veteran agents with "live" calls without placing customer or prospect relationships at risk.
The Speech Interactive Application Development Kit provides an environment for the development of speech-interactive solutions. It can be used by casual or experienced developers who wish to leverage the power of speech to create or enhance PC
based applications in order to deliver a more personal and natural way to communicate with the user.
