Return/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Speech Tags' sub-licensing, all sales are final upon activation and no refunds will be provided after that point in time. Speech Interactive will refund the purchase of a product or support contract that you purchased directly from Speech Interactive or its authorized resellers if you contact Speech Interactive to request the return prior to activation of the product.

Refunds will not be given for the following products, regardless of where they were purchased:

  • Products obtained through a volume license or an employee purchase program.
  • Not-for-resale (NFR), pirated, OEM (bundled), tryout, or free-of-charge products or versions.
  • Online Service Subscriptions.
  • Products purchased from an online auction site (unless by an Authorized Agent), or from an individual.
  • Products or versions of products that no longer distributes or supports.

However, to help you make sure our products fit your needs and are consistent with your expectations, some products are available for download that are executable for a fixed period or place limits on usage. Trial limits are specified on the page that provides access to the downloadable software.

In addition, we encourage you to review the information that is available on this website. To that end, the FAQs pages and on-line presentations are available for your review in advance of a purchase or trial.

Finally, feel free to call or e-mail us with any pre-purchase questions or concerns regarding your potential use of the product; our sales staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

Refund Request Procedure

Products purchased online need not be returned. To return a product purchased directly from Speech Interactive:

  1. Contact Customer Service by telephone. The number is 770-457-6500, x711. Customer Service will request the following information:
    • Your name.
    • The order number.
    • The product you're returning.
    • License ID and password.
    • The reason for the return.
    • The method of purchase and information regarding the account to be credited.
  2. Prior to calling, please have the PC on which the product is installed connected to the internet.
  3. Do not start up the product until instructed by the Customer Service representative.
  4. A refund will be authorized at the conclusion of the authentication process.
