Customer Request for Information
Completing and submitting a Customer Request form: in the event that the information/answer you seek is not contained within the FAQs material, or additional information is desired, then use this form. You should receive a response within 6 hours.
Reporting a Problem
Completing and submitting a Problem Report form: in the event that the software does not materially conform in operation to that described in the manual, use this form to communicate the problem to us.
